Professor Robin Feldman is quoted in a feature story in Fortune Magazine article titled, “Taking on the Trolls.” The article cited the thesis of her recent book, Rethinking Patent Law (Harvard).

“Robin Feldman of the University of California Hastings College of the Law has suggested that patents should no longer be likened to land titles, with ascertainable metes and bounds. “A patent does not grant a definitive set of rights,” she writes. “Rather, it is an invitation to bargain over the definition of those rights.”
